Balian Paradise Hotel

The staff was so damn nice. The location is a 1 minute walk to the beach/waves. There is a really tasty restaurant 50 ft from the hotel. The price is unbeatable. If I go back to balian, I'm staying here.

I had car, not much room out front , but staff moved bikes so my car could fit.

It is 50 meter from the beach. The room is spacious and clean.

They don't have a rack to hang wet towels. The pool is not that clean. Guess, with the sea right in front of you, better to dip in sea instead. Seems like they also have long term guest

I appreciated that the manager helped organise a scooter rental and even followed me to where to get petrol, as I wasn’t sure where to go. However, I was quite surprised when he helped translate and he said I would be charged 60k for just 2 litres of petrol, a price well above the local standard. It felt disappointing, especially as I was staying at the hotel. I had hoped for a more honest and welcoming experience, but overall the staff came across as rather unfriendly.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, hot water in the shower. Simple rooftop. Close to the beach. Pool available. Breakfast was nice (you can choose from few options).

The pool area could be improved. The pool was a bit dirty and the area itself should be neater.

The pool was beautiful to relax around and swim in. The room and bed was a good large size. The pillows were comfortable and good quality. The towels were good quality. Bu Wayan and the girls did a fantastic job of providing breakfast. I have dietary requirements that they were so happy to accomodate. My husband tried all the different breakfast options and enjoyed them all. All the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. The area is quiet and so close to the beach and the best restaurant/cafes. It is the best value for money we have stayed in in Bali, we would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay but these things would make it even better:-The mattress was huge and comfortable enough, but you could feel the springs a little bit, a mattress protector or topper would be nice.-There was no hairdryer.-Hand soap and a hand towel towel were not provided.-The bathroom was clean, but the toilet and basin were a little old and stained.

For a budget hotel this place ticked all of the boxes. The rooms were cleaned every day, plus, mini fridge, small touches like a bedside table with a small lamp and an electrical outlet for phone charging. Good hot water for showering, AC is adequate, breakfast is just ok. Finally, the staff is friendly and helpful, in particular, Rina took care of all of my requests, with a smile.

The access to the sea was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.My friend's room had a broken air conditioner, but they quickly changed our room.

Location is epic! Great deal, chill, breakfast could be upgraded but it’s good enough.

Parking is hard and it’s a bit hard to find.

For the price it's pretty good. Good location if you like surfing, with a few restaurants nearby too. About 2 hours from the airport. Nice and quiet

A bit far away to get to

perfect little paradise, very comfy. we got stuck because of big rain, and the manager agreed to move the reservation one day later.

Nice hotel in Balian beach. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good size room. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Aircon good. Breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel .Parking in front of hotel for my car was tight but managed to get parking both days. Staff were helpful in moving other vehicles.

Everything good

A great place to stay. Well priced, close to the beach, comfortable and clean. Ibu Wayan's avocado and poached eggs on toast were amazing. Would happily stay here again.

Good value hotel close to the beach and Balian restaraunts. Quiet location away from any traffic.

TV was really small so looked not much bigger than your phone when sitting 3 metres away. It was a bit hit and miss as it was using wifi. The 4 options for breakfast that was included with my room rate were Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Eggs with toast and Pancakes with Icecream and chocolate sauce! I think something with some fruit should be added as an option.

No hot water

The staff are great, very attentive and help resolve solutions where they can. Clean your room daily and help with issues you have well. The hot water was broken and they compensated for the inconvenience.

This hotel was just OK, barely an acceptable standard, sparsely furnished.The Fried Noodles with egg for brekky were very nice.The pool area is pleasant, bed and pillow comfortable, and wife reliable.There were a couple of good quality warungs within 50 meters.

It was difficult to find, even though there were several signs, some were overgrown by vines.There were no coffee making facilities in the room, but the staff were happy to boil water for my own coffee, inconvenient but better than nothing.

Don’t book here if you want to sleep

The hotel was empty. The room they gave us was next to I don’t know what machine that was making this very loud noise all night long. Incredible they didn’t change the room and chose to give us a different one?

The cleanliness at Paradise is a huge positive. Staff are great and the location is tops.
